What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind we experience everyday. It is that relaxing state that we feel first thing in the morning, and a few minutes before we fall asleep at night. Hypnosis even happens throughout the day as we “zone out” or daydream. In therapy, it is this calm mood that allows conversation with the subconscious mind so that the changes we wish to make – HAPPEN!
